Things I Like Today

So today i started the project of turning my porch, which is connected to my room, into something pretty. I want to put out some lights, more plants, i have a chair and a table, i need another chair though. It already pretty shady back there, so ill be comfortable in the summer, but i need those but candles, need to keep those mosquitoes away!
Its been a pretty productive weekend, lots of barbeque's and lots of food! and oh god, its finally officially hot summer in Houston.

OH and i went to the 2011 westside prom, it was so fun! It was fun :] still haven't gotten my camera back,

Drinks, pretty days and sequels

oh jesus!
So i wasn't sure why but the blogger network was not letting me log onto my account. Extremely frustrating. But it only took forever to fix it! Turns out, there were too many "cookies", which i know about and all but never understood what to do with them. Well i had too many i guess? my Browser is Google Chrome, so i had to delete the cookies, then enable cookies, and bam, it works.

So fucking annoying dammit.

:] So last night i went out with some friends and we had drinks at cafe 101, and i had this pineapple mojito wave ting, oh man it was delicious! i love pineapple. And i had a peach mojito too that was good but pineapple was better! it was happy hour so drinks were sort a cheap, and got some fried squid, i effing love fried squid! it sounds gross and weird at first but dude. Its fucking delicious. I swear. Eat it!! I love that place, all the waitresses are hot ;] hahaha. That was for Tasha. I hadn't seen my ladies for a while so it was nice seeing them, i missed my wives lol, hopefully i see them tonight again! Oh also yesterday i had some frozen yogurt earlier in the day at some place called Swirl, its near the galleria and the Nordstrom Rack, it was so yummy!! i should have taken pics :p but i had the cheese cake frozen yogurt with bits of cheese cake and strawberries, haha :] can you tell i love cheese cake?

Today i slept in a bit and came strait to kims tea house to do some writing for my stories and to do me some blogging! oh yeah, i'm back. haha, i know I've been lazy with blogging lately, but i promise, ill keep it up more often :] ah its so pretty outside today! sunny! its pretty hot though but im inside and near a window so, imstill enjoying it!

OH. So, my sci-fi story Our Destined Red Planet is the only one where people getaway, but you don't really find out what happens to them. I had a lot of people asking what happened, did they survive, will they survive and get off the planet. So, i'm happy to say that there will be a PART 2 for this story! I'm in the process of writing it already and hope you will love it.

PS, only person i love, right there man!

Hero

I love this song aahhhh

So anyway hello interwebs :]
how you be?

Im going out in a while over to my friends
But last night i went to my old HS choirs pop show! its an end of the year show and they have a slide of the seniors, it was pretty decent too! Except for the mics not working at all and the whole not being able to hear anyone till near the end!
But i was talking to my friends and the new school cop, who btw if fucking hilarious! that guy fucking cracked me up!! anyway, apparently they reassigned the old principal (castro) and put in a new principal who has only ever worked in elementary schools. Goooood idea right? -_- So the cop and my friends were telling me how all hell broke loose when Castro left. Like people putting baby oil on the stairs, WTF. Stink bombs, which were used to make people run to the baby oil lathered stairs, and balloons filled with chlorine. why do people have to suck so much! oh and there were like 6 food fights.

Shit like that didnt really happen when i was there.

So the best part of the little pop show was when the mens choir did thriller! oh man it was so awesome!! yeah, there were zombies :]

ok well im going to get dressed and stuff, yeah im being lazy, and going out later.
Ill take pics :p

I shoud really do a video soon, but dammit editing is a pain!

Making Government Funny on "Parks and Recreation"

“Parks and Recreation” on NBC is in its third season and is quickly becoming my favorite sitcom. Centered on the fictional town of Pawnee, Indiana, the documentary cameras follow Leslie Knope and crew as they undertake the requirements of working for the Parks Department. Tackling real life issues, such as budget shortfalls, bureaucratic tape, love interests, and daily office on goings, this mockumentary is not a new formula but its presentation and cast make it a stand-out sitcom.

New faces and familiar ones including Amy Poehler as the lead character, Leslie Knope, Rob Lowe as the newest member of the team, Rashida Jones as sweet nurse Ann Perkins, and a score of office workers including newc! omer actors Aziz Ansari and Aubrey Plaza, give this show the best ensemble of personalities on TV fromcabletelevision.net. Full of fresh jokes and ideas while still making you root for the characters, this show has it all.

The network has juggled the show around in varyious time slots over three seasons, but if you're like me and watch the show on Satellite and own a DVR, you can program it so you will never miss an episode regardless of what time it is on.

Check it out!

If you have never watched “Parks and Recreation” be sure to schedule it into your sitcom line up and it will be sure to spark your interest.

Lovely Dreams

Yeah random picture from my car.
So i didn't have a final today :] thank god. I stayed up late, watched doctor who and took solace in the fact that i didn't have to wake up early. Its was Fantastic. But for the most part i have nothing to do today :p not till later, diner with some friends. Maybe ill go to the library in a bit. But anyway! i had a very weird dream.

Ok. So there was this little girl, and i don't know how but she was my responsibility. Something happened, i don't know what happened but it was something that i had to do in order to somehow save her. So i went to a room with a mirror, and i took out a kind of razor, and i cut out my eyes. It didn't hurt, and i had no feeling of pain for it. I placed my eyes on the counter and walked away with blood streaming from the sockets.

i know. I'm crazy,
what else is new?

So i went on this dream website, that i do go to often and looked up eyes, bleeding eyes and i got this:
Bleeding Eyes
To dream that your eyes are bleeding, symbolizes the sacrifices your have made and the difficulties you have endured. Alternatively, the dream signifies some very deep pain or internal conflict within your soul. Although you may not feel any physical pain, you are hurting inside. Perhaps you have been hiding the pain for so long that you forgot what pain feels like. There is some unrest or uneasiness within which needs to be addressed and resolved immediately.

hmmm, this is going to defiantly require some coffee.

WA teacher finally shaves over Osama News

EPHRATA, Wash. – Ephrata Middle School teacher Gary Weddle vowed on September 11, 2001 to stop shaving until Osama bin Laden was caught.
On Monday, after almost ten years, he finally shaved off his lengthy beard.
KREM 2 News covered this story back in 2003, when he had not shaved for almost two years.
At the time Weddle said, "Everyday I'm reminded that there's terrible tragedies in the world and this isn't the first and it won't be the last."
The school’s principal, Jill Palmquist, honored him on Monday and gave the following speech to the students:
"Ephrata Middle School would like to take a few moments today to honor and recognize a very unique individual who is among us on a daily basis. On September 11th 2001, Gary Weddle came to school and told his science students that in support of the United States Military and for the freedoms that America stands for, he would not shave until Osama Bin Laden was captured or killed. Osama Bin Laden was the master mind responsible for the hijacking of two jet liners striking the Twin Towers in New York City, one jet crashing into the Pentagon in Washington D.C. and another D.C. bound jet which crashed into a field in Shanksville Pennsylvania. In all, over 3,000 innocent lives were lost, tens of thousands of relatives and friends still mourn the loss of their loved ones and we have been engaged in the War on Terror. For 3,454 days Mr. Weddle kept his word, faithful and true. He endured ridicule, jokes and no doubt people telling him that his was a lost cause. On top of that he watched daily news reports that cast doubt weather Osama Bin Laden was even still alive, or if dead his body would never be recovered. In which case, to be true to his word Mr. Weddle would have to never shave again for the rest of his life. Mr. Weddle has taught us all an important lesson in faith, patriotism and endurance. Would any of us have put ourselves on the line in such a way? It is likely no one else in the entire world had taken such a vow. Yesterday, May 1st, it was announced that Osama Bin Laden was killed by U.S. forces in Pakistan. Mr. Weddle, we are truly honored and humbled by your example and extremely privileged to know you. The life lasting impact the commitment to your vow has had on over 2,000 students in the last ten years is more than a teacher could even begin imagine. As of yesterday Facebook has come alive as your former students excitedly rejoice in the fact that you can now shave! It might be added that our current population of students was aged two and three when you made your vow. They are the ones to see what so many of them wanted to witness. Thank you for your dedication, steadfastness and determination to follow through. You are among the most dedicated, faithful and patriotic Americans we will ever have the privilege of saying that we knew. Although you did not do this for personal glory, you can not escape the fact that we admire your dedication to our country and greatly respect you. You are our HERO and we salute you!"

******* haha i thought that was interesting.
So yeah Osama is dead whoo and what not, im not celebrating it but im not saying is a horrible thing to celebrate. yes i think he deserved what he got, and i understand why people are celebrating his death as well. Some people feel clousure, some people are sorry for the simple loss of a human life, and some really just dont give a flying fuck. Any of that is ok.
