Straight Talk!!!

This post brought to you by Straight Talk. All opinions are 100% mine.

I don't really use a cell phone, mainly because these days a typical phone plan costs 60$-100$  a month AND you need to sign a 2 year contract! I'm a student, and i don't quite have the money for a cell phone, but who can get around town these days with out one?? That's when i found Straight Talk! It has a Hook, line and sinker!!

I love the idea that I feel richer with Straight Talk because I cut my cell phone bill in half. You have to be crazy to be on a contract these days when you can get everything you need without one. Imagine the amount of money you could save switching to Straight Talk. Imagine what you could buy with the extra money you save? I could start putting more into my savings account, that's for sure! Now i can call family anytime I want to! The best thing about it is there are no contracts, no surprise bills and no credit checks. Great nationwide coverage and excellent reception/connectivity. And finally, Straight Talk only uses trusted phone manufacturers like LG, Motorola, Kyocera, Nokia and Samsung and has Android on Straight Talk!

They have some great monthly plans too,The “All You Need Plan” meets even the needs of heavy phone users with 1,000 minutes, 1,000 texts and 30 MB of web data. Unlimited Monthly service is only $45, and includes calls, text, picture messaging, and web. All that for only 45$ a month sounds great to me! But if your the forget full type, maybe a yearly plan would suite you better? Imagine unlimited calls, text, picture messaging and web for a whole year, for only $499.00!! 411 calls are included at no extra charge. Free from activation, reactivation, or termination fees That's amazing! They also have long distance! Straight Talk International Long Distance Service is a flexible prepaid calling service that enables you to make international calls from your home, cell or office phone at low rates. This is especially great for my family, we have people living all over the world and we like to stay connected, my mom loves the idea and its much easier to Call a friend now!!

And if you need help with finding the right phone for you, they can help! Reconditioned phones are available from $10.00 with camera, mp3 player, mobile web access, and blue-tooth capability. Great for young users! Amazing smart phones; touch screen phones, and app capable phones with features like voice navigation, camera, video recorder, music player, instant messaging, and Bluetooth®

Come on fall

So I've had my hair a red/orange colour for quite some time now, so I decides to go back to brown :) and I'm strutting the bangs :) oh yeah
So the weather around Houston has been changing a bit, it's still sort of hot but this morning it was 68! And there was a high of 88! :) I can feel fall heading this way! Finally haha I need to wear my coats boots and scarfs :) that and drag my man to go ice skating with me so I can race him then win ;) I'm sure he'll see this. Eat my dust!!! Or ice!! SO! Since winters heading this way it's loom for a new coat just for the fun of it time :) and I'm thinking red! It's about 70$, that specific one anyways, so I might look around some thrift stores for a cheaper one, but this one is so pretty :)
Well I'm off to lay in bed and be lazy!

a little walk

How goes it interwebs?

So last week Nic and i ended up taking a walk around that San Jacinto Memorial and it was pretty nice! It was hot but there was this constant breeze that felt amazing lol, and since in a fan of trees i very much loved it. I was being super amazing cautious about not walking into an ant pile though haha their evil! There was and area with a bench and the water, so we sat there for a bit and ah it was pretty :] even if the water is ugly lol it felt niiiiiice, oh and i was eaten by mosquitoes. They decided to bite me on the back of my thighs to make me go crazy. Bastards.
Las tnight we went to Mangos and it was nice, dead but nice haha, there was thins pretty awesome drummer in the first band. He was like crazy good i swear! all creative and shit, but i don't remember the bands name :/ lol
I've downloaded the Volume 1 and 2 albums of She&Him and i'm listening non stop :] i've always just heard them around, and thought to my self "oh i like this, i should download this some day", lol so i finally did! And i'm loving it all! its so, dancey and uppity, it puts me in a good mood. It makes you want to drive with all your windows down and the music up :]
ohoh Halloween is coming up! what should i be? i'm deciding if i should be a bunny like i was last year, or, go for something new?
ok its coffee time now.
and! Blogger now has an app for iphone/itouch ans it's not shitty like all those 3rd party apps!
ok bye :]

Not my greatest hair day, thanks wind lol

good days ahead

Good day to you interwebs, or night i guess. So I've been on a few adventures lately and one of the most interesting one was going to Gritsy, it's some dubstep event, it was on Saturday. Now to start off, i totally considered dupstep as techno lol, and i totally admit that i didn't know the difference between the two, but i never listened to it to notice the difference either. I mean, i head techno before and asked them to put on real music haha, that poor Asian kid (lynne knows this haha) anyway!! it turns out i sorta love dubstep, it's pretty cool lol. It was crazy fun though! they had a wall of speakers, bass speakers? And i could feel my body vibrate haha so much that it tickled my nose and made me sneeze haha! It sounds like wob wob wawawawawawobwob lol, it dose. Really, but in an awesome way. So i think it's more of an experience thing, i really don't think i would have liked it as much if it wasn't a live thing. I plan on eventually going to another! And i totally want a shirt.

So what other shananagins have i gotten into? Well, I went and saw that Apollo18 movie with Nic and i have to say, it scared the hell out of me!! No joke man, i swear. Things just pop up! This is a movie that i actually don't want to give away the end of, for once. But there is one part that scared me, so i like yelped, covered my face and just sunk in the seat next to Nic hahahahah it was crazy awesome :] go see it! And be prepared!

Later we ended up driving out to La Porte with a drink and enjoyed the beautiful day at the beach, the weather was amazing! For Houston at least lol but amazing still! There were families out BBQ'ing, having fun and even flying kites. And the water was nice and cool, an awesome breeze was creeping all over, and man that water, the sound, smell look and feel always get me! i swear, ill just stand around and stare out at it forever lol. It was a pretty fantastic day :]
Oh, all of this was yesterday by the way.
Today was just a coffee and be lazy day though

The County office

Guest post from: Kent Lara
My husband recently accepted a position in the county office for the public school system. He has been in education for 21 years, and has always been a classroom teacher. In the position he took in the county office, he will be involved in security decisions for the schools. His first project was to find a security system for the schools. He did a great amount of research and found a system at www.Securitychoice.com that he felt was appropriate for the schools. There have been a few school break-ins over the past year. A couple of the break-ins involved students who were performing senior pranks and were trying to get into the school to do some property damage. My husband feels that there should be no tolerance for breaking into a school, and there should be serious consequences for these students. Hopefully the new security system will deter students from attempting even the stupidest of pranks.
